Professional Journey

Over the past two decades, I've had the opportunity to work across both product companies and service organizations, contributing to digital experiences in diverse industries including healthcare, fintech, ecommerce, education, and enterprise technology.

My work spans the full spectrum of UX practice—from conducting user research and creating information architectures to designing wireframes, prototypes, and final interfaces. I've led usability validation studies, collaborated with cross-functional teams, and advocated for user-centered design in environments where it's needed most.

Throughout my career, I've focused on building products that balance user needs with business objectives. I believe that great design isn't just about aesthetics—it's about creating systems that work reliably, scale effectively, and help people accomplish their goals with confidence.

Principal Designer – User Experience

At VaidhyaMegha — now evolved into Samyama.AI — I lead the design of AI-driven healthcare platforms that help medical professionals and organizations deliver better care. The work involves designing complex data interfaces, patient management systems, and clinical decision support tools.

Beyond product design, I contribute to the overall brand experience—shaping how the organization presents itself to clients, partners, and stakeholders through its transformation into Samyama.AI. Collaboration with engineering and product teams ensures that solutions are not only functional, but also intuitive and aligned with real-world healthcare workflows.

Our clients span India, the United States, and Europe, which means designing for diverse user contexts, regulatory environments, and cultural expectations. Working across healthcare, AI, and enterprise ecosystems continues to be both challenging and deeply rewarding.
